Authenticity Is A Practice

The sweet spot of my practice is for individuals who are struggling with relationships.  The “I’m not good enough” or “I’m too much” struggle has been going on for a while and has led to symptoms of depression, anxiety, panic, trauma, etc., You tend to be perfectionistic, compare yourself to others, and ruminate about what you just said or did.  You may put others’ needs ahead of your own and have a deep need to please.  You may struggle with boundaries, may be detached from what you need, and accepting compliments is uncomfortable.

Remember that we never outgrow the need to be seen, validated, and accepted by someone we love.  We need someone to love us for our brilliant parts as well as the hidden vulnerable parts.

If any of this resonates with you, we may be a good match.
