I take Lyra Health.  Otherwise, I could provide you with a Superbill and you could submit that to the out of network portion of your health insurance for reimbursement.

What are your rates?

My general rate for 50 minutes is $250. 
My rate for couples is $350 for 75 minutes.
My rate for eating disorder work is $350 for 50 minutes. I would charge separately for collaborating with your medical provider and nutritionist or any other treatment team member.

Do you have any certifications?

Yes.  Currently, I am certified in CPT for trauma, and separately I have a certification for treating complex PTSD.

What therapy modalities do you use?

I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive processing therapy for PTSD (CPT), behavioral activation (BA), motivational interviewing (MI), and psychodynamic/attachment therapy.

I understand that you work at Kaiser.  I’m a Kaiser member, would I be able to work with you at Kaiser?

My role at Kaiser does not typically include individual appointments.  However, once you work with me in my private practice, it precludes us from working together within the Kaiser system.

Do you use a HIPAA compliant platform?

Yes.  Our video appointments are fully secure and HIPAA compliant.  I recommend that you message me through my secure portal and not my work cell phone.

How can I pay you?

Payment is due either in advance or at the end of the session.  You may use Venmo, Paypal, or Zelle.
